• A non-refundable registration fee of £50 will be required to secure a non-funded place at Cairngorm Early Learning & Childcare. This should be submitted by cheque, made payable to Cairngorm Early Learning & Childcare or by cash or bank transfer along with the completed registration forms. 
• The £50 registration fee will be refunded immediately, if we are unable to provide a place on the required commencement date. 
• Payment of fees is monthly based on a 49 week year (your sessions will be calculated over a 12 month period to allow for equal monthly payments. This will be prior to any additional sessions being booked). 
• All invoices must be settled by the 28th of each month, for the following month’s sessions. Sessions must be paid in advance.
• Cairngorm Early Learning and Childcare will be closed for two weeks over Christmas and New Year, Easter Friday and Monday and one week at the end of July.
• When you secure your place at Cairngorm Early Learning & Childcare, you do so for 49 weeks of the year.  If your child does not attend due to sickness or holidays, you will still be charged for the booked sessions. However, two additional weeks of holiday will be given to parents/carers over the year at no additional charge if required.
• A £30 per week surcharge will be charged for late payments received after the 28th of each month.  
• Additional ad hoc sessions may be booked. We will always strive to accommodate short-notice requests, but these will be subject to staffing ratios. 
• Any additional fees incurred, for example any extra sessions, will be added to the following month’s invoice. 
• At least 4 weeks notification in writing is required for leaving, reducing days or amending the start date.

• ​We accept childcare vouchers and are signed up for tax free childcare.
